We have been trying to find ways to add gluten-free desserts to our menu for quite some time now. But, (as with everything we do) it had to be just the right recipe.

Calvin is a long-time fry friend, entrepreneur and all around great guy. He’s releasing his self-published cookbook this spring, Just Desserts, and has partnered with us to add some of his GF expertise to our menu. We’ll be carrying his GF Brownie Cookie starting today, and will be an official retailer for his cookbook once it’s released! We’ll let Calvin take it from here.

What ingredients are contained in the brownie cookie? (gluten-free, nut-free)
Cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, granulated sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, semi-sweet chocolate chips, (marshmallows) sugar, corn syrup (sugar), water, and gelatin.
Is this product certified gluten-free?
No, our products are not certified gluten-free. While we take precautions to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, our kitchen also processes nuts, eggs, and dairy.
We recommend that individuals with severe gluten allergies or sensitivities exercise caution when consuming this cookie.
Please be aware that the food items that we order from suppliers are thoroughly checked on a regular basis to be sure their ingredients have not changed, however, we can make no guarantees regarding any possible cross-contamination within their facility.
