Calvin is a long-time fry friend, entrepreneur and all around great guy. He’s the man behind theglutenfreechefblog and has released a self-published cookbook called, Just Desserts. The book features 40 gluten-free recipes, including the recipe for the Gluten-Free Brownie cookies on our menu everyday.
