Karrie is a long-time fry friend, who really gave The Poutine Truck a chance in our early days.
The owner of Lux Lounge, Karrie welcomed our truck to park outside her bar on Fryday nights, introducing us to lots of hungry fryfreaks. From 2012-2019, our truck was there like clockwork every Friday from 11p-2a.
These days – in addition to Lux, Karrie co-owns Roc Paper Straws. With a mission to reduce the impact of plastic straws on our environment, Roc Paper Straws manufactures eco-friendly paper straws, right here in Rochester.
