You may have noticed that up until now, our hours have been a little bit limited.
That’s because since we’ve open back in February, we’ve been on what we lovingly call our “starter hours.” See, we’re old pros at the food truck game. But honestly, the restaurant has been a huge new challenge for us. Which is why we decided early on that we needed to do this thing right!
So for the health of the business and because of our commitment to consistent high-quality food, we decided to move slowly…baby steps if you will.
These first 4 months (already?!) that the restaurant has been open, it’s been an experiment of sorts. Lots of experiments actually. Experiments like testing our staffing restraints. Experiments trying out new menu items and modifications. And most importantly, experiments in finding out when people were craving poutine the most.
Now that we know the ropes and feel at home in 44 Elton Street, we’re feeling confident and it’s high time to add more hours to the weekly #poutineroutine! That’s why we’re SO excited to announce that our hours will be expanding.
Starting Wednesday 7/13, we’ll be open Wednesday-Saturday, 11a-9p. Before you know it, you can catch us for lunch or dinner every day that we’re open! Dine inside or outside on our new patio and take in the summer poutine-style.
