One of the best parts of being a small business in Rochester is getting to meet like-minded people who are working hard and making great products for our community. Three Heads Brewery is a staple in upstate NY, and we have been big fans of theirs since we started as a lil baby food truck back in the day. In fact, we love them so much that for many years we had our opening day/ Poutine truck birthday party at Three Heads.
Once we found our perfect spot for Petit Poutinerie, we couldn’t believe our luck. Not only do we have a beautiful restaurant space here in the Neighborhood of the Arts, but also Three Heads Brewery is our neighbor directly. Across. The. Street. It felt like everything was falling into place.
We decided early on that we wanted to make sure that customers at Three Heads could enjoy our food with a pint. After all, it only makes — sense beer + poutine.
And then we thought, why not make it even easier? Why not deliver right to Three Heads?!
With that in mind, we asked our friends at the brewery if they could come up with suggested beer pairings for all of our menu poutine options. We brought over some samples, and wouldn’t you know? They were happy to oblige! The Three Heads crew sat down together, tried every poutine and gave us their professional beer-brewing, beer-drinking opinion on the perfect pairing for each of our signature poutines.

Traditional/Vegan/ Vegetarian – Pilsner
Pulled Pork – Rochestafarian Scotch Ale
Sloppy Joe – Roctoberfest
Bacon Cheeseburger – The Kind (or any Kind variety)
Breakfast Poutine – Sunburn Belgium White Ale
Curried Lentil – Couch Tour Cucumber Lime Sour (or rotating sour)
You can order these (or anything off of our Petit Poutinerie menu) for delivery to Three Heads every day that we’re open (Wednesday-Friday). Place your order online (or by calling it in), and leave a message in the notes that says “Deliver to 3 Heads!” We’ll bring it over to you so you don’t have to leave the party.
